TERMS OF BUSINESS

Actual items may vary slightly from those illustrated in our catalogue, as design improvements, modifications or colour changes are introduced by the manufactures.

1. Prices and conditions of sale are those ruling at the date of dispatch, and     may be changed without notice.

2. Prices shown in the price guide do not include carriage and VAT which will     be charged where applicable.

3. Terms   are   cash /   cheque    with order except for approved  credit     customers. Alternatively payment may be made by the following credit     cards; MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo.

4. For customers who, by arrangement have a credit account, payment     is  due within 14 days of the invoice date. If the account becomes     overdue credit arrangements may be cancelled and interest and     compensation charges will apply in accordance with Late Payment of     Commercial Debts Regulations 2002. In addition no further goods will be     supplied except on a CWO basis.

5. Invoices subject to settlement discount must be paid within the time     specified to qualify for discount being deducted, thereafter strictly net.

6. No claims for loss or damage unless such claims are made in writing within     7 days of despatch date.

7. We must authorize the return of any goods. They must be sent, carriage     paid at the customers risk, unused and in a saleable condition. A handling     charge of 15% may be charged on correctly supplied items. Goods     supplied on special order are non-returnable.

8. Orders under £10.00 goods net value will be subject to a small order     service charge of £3.50 to cover uneconomical administration unless cash     / cheque received with order.

9. The placing of an order confirms the Customer’s acceptance of our terms     of business.

10. Standard packaging and postage charge of £10.50 + VAT.

11. Retention of title remains with Trees Unlimited until payment received in      full.
